In room 9 we are doing T shaped literacy and we have to make out own poems with the language features And we had to make a google drawing with the things described in the poem and make a picture

 There once was a cat he sat on a mat his favourite toys was a purple top hat It was as purple as the starry night painting as he wore it at the beach and in the park and  on mountains and in deserts and canyons  and playing with crayons he drew his top hat he loved that hat with all his might but it got swept away and he got a fright he could not retrieve his purple top hat so he used a cool green blanket how about that!

Aerodynamics

Today I was learning about aerodynamics I think did well with the using tinker cad and I think something I didn't do well is maybe understanding the part of making scratch because I didn't do as well as I thought I would because I completely forgot to do a part of the scratch project.Next time I think I need to remember to check and read through my task properly.In order to achieve this I will need to read through things properly and try to focus more.

How I felt about the overall tasks I think it is interesting but I still would rather read the hobbit MR WALKER

Rockets in RM 9

 in room 9 we are working on what a rocket is and what the differences are between a plastic bottle and a real one the image bellow shows what  had done on a jam board collaborating with my class mates we all contributed in a way and we ended up with about two pages of just heaps of facts about rockets we also made the differences in a google drawing as shown down below we also made a scratch on rockets and newtons 3rd law

simplifying algebra

 Today i was learning about simplifying Like terms in algebra

I found it interesting because i had never done it but i actually liked maths while doing that and i even helped fahad work out how to make an equation 

My next steps are going to be trying to figure out harder equations so that i can challenge myself but not now because i want to master it first than go harder

what is media?

 in class we had to make something that involved media and i made this of Fahad in a boat with a big buy on the other end of the boat 

Why we should be silent during a test

 

This is a DLO on why i think we should be silent during a test there are some points that i think are key when testing and being respectful everyone in rm 9 have all had to do this because there was people in the corner of the room talking and where being extremely disrespectful

Water recycling and being water smart

 This is my recycling methods for saving water and being more water smart or more water efficient because Auckland is not doing to well with the water right now and we need to start saving water.
