DAY 2: MUSOS

Activity 1: Getting Stronger [4 points]
Aaradhna is a Samoan-Indian singer from New Zealand. As a girl, Aaradhna sang traditional Samoan and country songs with her family, eventually joining the senior choir at her high school (Porirua College). She gained international recognition in 2004 when she paired up with Adeaze to release the song, “Getting Stronger.” The song went to number one on the New Zealand Singles Chart and it is still one of my all-time favourites, to this day!
Speaking of favourite songs, we would love to know who you listen to and what songs you like the most.
1.Sam Smith /How Do You Sleep
2.EMINEM/Rap God
3.Billie Eilish/Ocean Eyes
4.Mike Ponser/I Took A Pill In Ibiza
5.Josh Turner/Your Man

  1. Mālō e Lelei Courtney,

I am really enjoying catching up on your blog posts.Thank you for sharing your favourite songs and favourite artists, I always say that the music people listen to are unique to them and can say a lot about them. I really like that you don’t just listen to one kind of music, so that's really awesome.

The songs and artists you have chosen are some that I really like too. I never really used to listen to Billie Eilish, but I've been listening to her a lot more recently and she is awesome!

Some of my favourite artists include: Six60, Chance the Rapper and Jhene Aiko. I don’t really have favourite songs, but I love listening to Six60, Drax Project songs. I also really like Stan Smith and Ed Sheeran.

Don’t forget to pop over to the outstanding blog posts on our website to see some posts from all the other participants this summer, you might even see one of yours!
